You are invited Sunday, 17th October, to our regular Communion Service for Liverpool's LGBTQIA+ community, friends and family - 6.30pm at St Bride's Liverpool AND ONLINE - refreshments served from 6pm.

It is an absolute delight to welcome Open Table Network Patron, the Revd John Bell, to St Bride’s and Open Table Liverpool! John Bell is a Resource Worker with The Iona Community, who lectures, preaches and conducts seminars across the denominations. He is a hymn writer, author and occasional broadcaster, but retains a primary passion for congregational song.

Everyone is welcome! Open Table is an LGBTQIA+ affirming Christian community which aims to create a safe and supportive place for you to explore your faith and what this might mean for your own spiritual journey. No matter who you are, where you've come from, or where your journey may take you, you will find a welcome.

Please be aware this communion service will be a Church of Scotland service.

To help keep the gathering as safe as possible we ask you to wear a mask unless you are exempt, and will continue to observe social distancing. To help you feel more comfortable in the space, we’ve bought some lanyards in red, orange and green and you’ll be invited to pick a red one if you wish to keep strict social distancing, orange for the middle (e.g. fist bump etc) and green if you are comfortable with a hug or handshake. Everyone will asked to respect each other’s choices, it will all help us to gather again both safely and comfortably.
