Open Table Liverpool nominated for inaugural Sahir Award

We're deeply honoured that Open Table Liverpool has been nominated for an inaugural Sahir Award.

It is a joy to stand alongside so many incredible individuals, groups and organisations who serve and support the LGBTQIA+ community across the Liverpool City Region every day. We're proud simply to be included among you. Collectively, we help to make our region a kinder, more welcoming and more inclusive place.

We're especially delighted because of our long-standing relationship with Sahir House. For many years, Sahir House has provided vital support, advocacy and community for LGBTQIA+ people and those affected by HIV, while championing dignity, inclusion and wellbeing across our region. We have been privileged to work alongside them in different ways over the years and have seen first-hand the difference their work makes to people's lives.

Voting is now open for all the awards, and you can cast your vote for Open Table Liverpool and for all the nominees here:

Thank you to everyone who nominated us, supports us, volunteers with us, worships with us, shares meals with us, and helps make Open Table Liverpool a place of welcome, belonging and hope.

Whatever the outcome, we're grateful to be part of a remarkable community of people and organisations working together to help LGBTQIA+ people flourish across the Liverpool City Region.
