"Help us to weave threads of love through our torn garments of society"

When garments are torn more often than not they can be repaired and do not need to be discarded, however because of our culture and ethos today, this does not commonly happen as we no longer see value or purpose in the "garment" so throw it away!

Our society (garment) is certainly being torn with what is happening and will continue to happen as the cuts come in, however it is not beyond repair.

Thankfully through the work of charities, Churches, the compassion of people, there are those of us who believe and see the value in repairing torn garments/people/communities, rather than just discarding those who are perceived as having no value or purpose.

Jesus saw "all" that people can be, he valued them, he loved them, he included them and showed them they have purpose.  May we seek to emulate this.
