Concert for Andy

The concert for Andy on Saturday evening at St Brides was a true variety show including Tayo Aluko, The Socialist Singers, The I-Choir, Liverpool Voice as well as a couple of comedic performances and a solo trombonist(no easy feat) and a trio form the Philharmonic Orchestra.

The church was packed and the audience was very appreciative of all the entertainers,there was a charge on the door and a collection for Haiti,also a speaker on behalf of Haiti which was very moving, Andy’s family attended the concert and also spoke of their pride in him and that the concert was in his honour, a good night had by all.
