Appreciating Church book launch

The northern launch of ‘Appreciating Church’, a practical Appreciative Inquiry resource for churches and communities, with an opportunity to meet the authors and the contributors.

The book includes stories from St Bride's Liverpool and Open Table about how we used Appreciative Inquiry to help us re-imagine our communities.

Copies of the new book will be available at a launch price of £10 per copy, plus a range of resources from Appreciating People, the principle training provider and coach for the Appreciating Church programme.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a process for engaging people in building the kinds of organisations and world that they want to live in. Starting from strengths and positive experiences, AI co-creates a future based on collaboration and open dialogue.

In Christian terms, it offers a way of looking at the tough aspects of life from the perspective of God's grace and generosity. AI has been used for three decades in international development, public sector organisations, voluntary organisations and churches across the world.
