Casting your minds back to 2021, many of us gathered on zoom to undertake (or survive as our fabulous Sue put it) the Living in Love and Faith course produced by the Church of England reflecting on questions of identity, sexuality, relationships and marriage.

After the course all participants across the Church were encouraged to share their feedback which was compiled into a report to all the Bishops who were tasked with finding a "path forward" for the church. Well, all that has come to pass and the Bishops have published the results of their deliberation and their proposed path to the Church's General Synod in February. Miranda, our Team Rector, is a member of General Synod and is inviting everyone from Open Table Liverpool and the wider parish to a zoom meeting on Tuesday 31st January at 7.30pm to chat through the proposals and to gather our reflections and feedback to take to General Synod where she will have a vote on the proposals. It is also a chance for us to support one another as this hasn't been an easy journey to say the least!
